Welcome to the ICFSI-12 web site!

The 12^th International Conference on the Formation of Semiconductor Interfaces (ICFSI-12) will be hosted in Germany for the second time, in Weimar, from July 5th to 10th 2009. Weimar presents itself as a place of great cultural and historical importance.

The ICFSI-12 will be chaired by Profs. D.R.T. Zahn (Chemnitz University of Technology) and F. Bechstedt (Friedrich Schiller University Jena).

The ICFSI-12, 2009 in Weimar is history. Thank you all for coming to ICFSI-12! We hope you had a great time and wish you all the best. Take care and see you hopefully at ICFSI-13, 2011, in Prague !!!
